Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path. | 105Your word is a lamp for my feet, a light for my pathway. |
I’ve promised it once, and I’ll promise it again: I will obey your righteous regulations. | 106I have given my word and affirmed it, to keep your righteous judgments. |
I have suffered much, O LORD; restore my life again as you promised. | 107I am severely afflicted. Revive me, LORD, according to your word. |
LORD, accept my offering of praise, and teach me your regulations. | 108LORD, please accept my voluntary offerings of praise, and teach me your judgments. |

Get out of my life, you evil-minded people, for I intend to obey the commands of my God. | 115Leave me, you who practice evil, that I may observe the commands of my God. |
LORD, sustain me as you promised, that I may live! Do not let my hope be crushed. | 116Sustain me, God, as you have promised, and I will live. Do not let me be ashamed of my hope. |
Sustain me, and I will be rescued; then I will meditate continually on your decrees. | 117Support me, that I may be saved, and I will carry out your statutes consistently. |
But you have rejected all who stray from your decrees. They are only fooling themselves. | 118You reject all who wander from your statutes, since their deceitfulness is vain. |

Your laws are perfect and completely trustworthy. | 138You have ordered your decrees to us rightly, and they are very faithful. |
I am overwhelmed with indignation, for my enemies have disregarded your words. | 139My zeal consumes me because my enemies forget your words. |
Your promises have been thoroughly tested; that is why I love them so much. | 140Your word is very pure, and your servant loves it. |
