The virtue of God's blessing3. Good children are his gift Blessed is the man The word "blessed" in Hebrew is "אַשְׁרֵי" (ashrei), which conveys a sense of happiness, fortune, and divine favor. In the context of the Psalms, it often refers to a state of well-being that comes from living in accordance with God's will.
