Spiritual Habitation

Believers are called to be a dwelling place for the Holy Spirit. In 1 Corinthians 3:16 , Paul writes, "Do you not know that you yourselves are God’s temple and that God’s Spirit dwells in you?" This indwelling of the Holy Spirit signifies the transformative power of God in the life of a believer, enabling them to live in accordance with His will.

The Book of Revelation also speaks of the ultimate fulfillment of God's dwelling with His people. Revelation 21:3 proclaims, "Behold, the dwelling place of God is with man, and He will dwell with them. They will be His people, and God Himself will be with them as their God." This vision of the New Jerusalem represents the consummation of God's redemptive plan, where He will dwell eternally with His redeemed people.
