3. Peter's Denial and Restoration (Luke 22:54-62; John 21:15-19):
Peter's denial of Jesus is a profound moment of failure, where he denies knowing Christ three times. "The Lord turned and looked at Peter. Then Peter remembered the word the Lord had spoken to him: 'Before the rooster crows today, you will deny Me three times.' And he went outside and wept bitterly" (Luke 22:61-62). This moment of reproof is followed by a tender restoration after the resurrection, where Jesus asks Peter three times if he loves Him, commissioning him to "Feed My sheep" (John 21:17). This restoration emphasizes forgiveness and the call to faithful service.

4. Paul's Confrontation with Peter (Galatians 2:11-14):
In Antioch, Peter faces reproof from the Apostle Paul for withdrawing from eating with Gentile believers due to pressure from certain Jewish Christians. Paul recounts, "But when Cephas came to Antioch, I opposed him to his face, because he stood condemned" (Galatians 2:11). This confrontation highlights the importance of consistency in living out the truth of the Gospel and the necessity of addressing hypocrisy within the Church.
