Shout praise to God all the earth!

לַ֭מְנַצֵּחַ
שִׁ֣יר
מִזְמ֑וֹר
הָרִ֥יעוּ
לֵ֝אלֹהִים
כָּל־
הָאָֽרֶץ׃
2
Sing praise about the glory of his name. Make his praise glorious.
2
זַמְּר֥וּ
כְבֽוֹד־
שְׁמ֑וֹ
שִׂ֥ימוּ
כָ֝ב֗וֹד
תְּהִלָּתֽוֹ׃
3
Say to God: "How awesome are your works! Because of your great strength your enemies cringe before you."

אִמְר֣וּ
לֵ֭אלֹהִים
מַה־
נּוֹרָ֣א
מַעֲשֶׂ֑יךָ
בְּרֹ֥ב
עֻ֝זְּךָ֗
יְֽכַחֲשׁ֖וּ
לְךָ֣
אֹיְבֶֽיךָ׃

The whole earth worships you. They sing praise to you. They sing praise to your name. Interlude

הָאָ֤רֶץ ׀
יִשְׁתַּחֲו֣וּ
לְ֭ךָ
וִֽיזַמְּרוּ־
לָ֑ךְ
יְזַמְּר֖וּ
שִׁמְךָ֣
סֶֽלָה׃
5
Come and see the awesome works of God on behalf of human beings:

לְכ֣וּ
וּ֭רְאוּ
מִפְעֲל֣וֹת
אֱלֹהִ֑ים
נוֹרָ֥א
עֲ֝לִילָ֗ה
עַל־
בְּנֵ֥י
אָדָֽם׃
6
He turned the sea into dry land. Israel crossed the river on foot; let us rejoice in him.

הָ֤פַךְ
יָ֨ם ׀
לְֽיַבָּשָׁ֗ה
בַּ֭נָּהָר
יַֽעַבְר֣וּ
בְרָ֑גֶל
שָׁ֝֗ם
נִשְׂמְחָה־
בּֽוֹ׃
7
He rules by his power forever, his eyes watching over the nations. Do not let the rebellious exalt themselves. Interlude

מֹ֘שֵׁ֤ל
בִּגְבוּרָת֨וֹ ׀
עוֹלָ֗ם
עֵ֭ינָיו
בַּגּוֹיִ֣ם
תִּצְפֶּ֑ינָה
הַסּוֹרְרִ֓ים ׀
אַל־
ירימו
[יָר֖וּמוּ]
(לָ֣מוֹ)
סֶֽלָה׃

Bless our God, people, and let the sound of his praise be heard.

בָּרְכ֖וּ
עַמִּ֥ים ׀
אֱלֹהֵ֑ינוּ
וְ֝הַשְׁמִ֗יעוּ
ק֣וֹל
תְּהִלָּתֽוֹ׃
9
He gives us life and does not permit our feet to slip.
9
הַשָּׂ֣ם
נַ֭פְשֵׁנוּ
בַּֽחַיִּ֑ים
וְלֹֽא־
נָתַ֖ן
לַמּ֣וֹט
רַגְלֵֽנוּ׃
10
For you, God, tested us, to purify us like fine silver.
10
כִּֽי־
בְחַנְתָּ֥נוּ
אֱלֹהִ֑ים
צְ֝רַפְתָּ֗נוּ
כִּצְרָף־
כָּֽסֶף׃
11
You have led us into a trap and set burdens on our backs.
11
הֲבֵאתָ֥נוּ
בַמְּצוּדָ֑ה
שַׂ֖מְתָּ
מוּעָקָ֣ה
בְמָתְנֵֽינוּ׃
12
You caused men to ride over us. You brought us through fire and water, but you led us to abundance.

הִרְכַּ֥בְתָּ
אֱנ֗וֹשׁ
לְרֹ֫אשֵׁ֥נוּ
בָּֽאנוּ־
בָאֵ֥שׁ
וּבַמַּ֑יִם
וַ֝תּוֹצִיאֵ֗נוּ
לָֽרְוָיָֽה׃
13
I will come to your house with burnt offerings. I will fulfill my vows to you

אָב֣וֹא
בֵיתְךָ֣
בְעוֹל֑וֹת
אֲשַׁלֵּ֖ם
לְךָ֣
נְדָרָֽי׃
14
that my lips uttered and that my mouth spoke when I was in trouble.
14
אֲשֶׁר־
פָּצ֥וּ
שְׂפָתָ֑י
וְדִבֶּר־
פִּ֝֗י
בַּצַּר־
לִֽי׃
15
I will offer to you burnt offerings of fat, along with the smoke of the sacrifice of rams. I will offer bulls along with goats. Interlude

עֹ֘ל֤וֹת
מֵחִ֣ים
אַעֲלֶה־
לָּ֭ךְ
עִם־
קְטֹ֣רֶת
אֵילִ֑ים
אֶ֥עֱשֶֽׂה
בָקָ֖ר
עִם־
עַתּוּדִ֣ים
סֶֽלָה׃
16
Come and listen, all of you who fear God, and I will tell you what he did for me.
16
לְכֽוּ־
שִׁמְע֣וּ
וַ֭אֲסַפְּרָה
כָּל־
יִרְאֵ֣י
אֱלֹהִ֑ים
אֲשֶׁ֖ר
עָשָׂ֣ה
לְנַפְשִֽׁי׃
17
I called aloud to him and praised him with my tongue.
17
אֵלָ֥יו
פִּֽי־
קָרָ֑אתִי
וְ֝רוֹמַ֗ם
תַּ֣חַת
לְשׁוֹנִֽי׃
18
Were I to cherish iniquity in my heart, the Lord would not listen to me.
18
אָ֭וֶן
אִם־
רָאִ֣יתִי
בְלִבִּ֑י
לֹ֖א
יִשְׁמַ֣ע ׀
אֲדֹנָֽי׃
19
Surely God has heard, and he paid attention to my prayers.
19
אָ֭כֵן
שָׁמַ֣ע
אֱלֹהִ֑ים
הִ֝קְשִׁ֗יב
בְּק֣וֹל
תְּפִלָּתִֽי׃
20
Blessed be God, who did not turn away my prayers nor his gracious love from me.
20
בָּר֥וּךְ
אֱלֹהִ֑ים
אֲשֶׁ֥ר
לֹֽא־
הֵסִ֘יר
תְּפִלָּתִ֥י
וְ֝חַסְדּ֗וֹ
מֵאִתִּֽי׃
