1And answering Jesus again spoke in parables to them, saying, 2The kingdom of the heavens has become like a man, a king, who made a wedding feast for his son, 3And sent his bond-servants to call those having been invited unto the wedding feast and they were not willing to come. 4Again he sent other bond-servants, saying, Say to those having been invited, Behold, I have prepared my dinner, my bull, and the fatlings have been killed and all things are ready; come unto the wedding feast. 5And having disregarded they went away, and one unto his own field, and one to (upon) his business. 6And the rest, having laid hold of his bond-servants, spitefully mistreated (deliberately, spitefully injured) and killed them. 7And the king was angry and having sent his armies, he destroyed those murderers and he burnt their city. 8Then he says to his bond-servants, The wedding feast is ready, and those having been invited were not worthy; 9Go therefore upon the crossing spots of the roads and invite as many as you shall find unto the wedding feast. 10And those there bond-servants having gone out into the roads, brought together all as many as they found, both the evil and good; and the wedding became full of those reclining.

11And the king having entered in to see those reclining, he saw there a man not being dressed in clothes of a wedding; 12And he says to him, Friend (supposed friend), how did you enter here not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. 13Then the king said to the servants (diakonois), Bind him, feet and hands, cast him out into the outer darkness; there will be the weeping and the gnashing of the teeth. 14For many are called, however few chosen (selected out of).

15Then the Pharisees having gone, took counsel how they might trap Him in a (His) word. 16And they send to Him their disciples with the Herodians, saying, Teacher, we know that You are true and teach the way of God in truth and there is no care to You about any one, for You do not look unto the appearance (face) of men; 17Therefore tell us, What do You think (suppose)? Is it permitted to give tribute to Caesar or not? 18However Jesus having known their evil (latin-nequitia-sleight root is wickedness), said, Why do you test (tempt) Me, hypocrites? 19Show Me the coin of the tribute. And they presented to Him a denarius. 20And He says to them, Whose image is this? And whose inscription? 21They say to Him, Caesar’s. Then He says to them, Render (give from/back) then the things of Caesar to Caesar, and the things of God to God. 22And having heard they marveled; and having left Him, they went away.

23In that there day the Sadducees came to Him, who say there is no resurrection, and they questioned Him, 24Saying, Teacher, Moses said, If anyone should die not having children, his brother will marry his wife and will raise up offspring for his brother. 25And there were with us seven brothers; and the first, having married, died, and not having offspring, left his wife to his brother. 26Likewise also the second, and the third, up to the seventh. 27And lastly the woman died. 28In the resurrection, therefore of which of the seven will she be the wife? For all had her.

29And answering, Jesus said to them, You err (wander, go off course, deviate), not knowing the Scriptures, nor the power of God. 30For in the resurrection, neither do they marry nor are given in marriage, but they are like as the angels of God in heaven. 31And concerning the resurrection of the dead, have you not read that having been spoken to you by God, saying, 32I am the God of Abraham and the God of Isaac and the God of Jacob? He is not God of the dead, but of the living. 33And having heard, the crowds were astounded (thunderstuck) at (upon) His teaching.

34And the Pharisees having heard that He had silenced the Sadducees, were gathered together upon the same, 35And one of them, a lawyer, inquired of Him, testing Him, 36Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the law? 37And He said to him, You will love the Lord your God with (in) your whole heart and with (in) your whole soul (psyche), and with (in) your whole mind (intellect, insight, disposition, critical thinking, thorough reasoning). 38This is the great and first commandment. 39And the second is like it: You will love your neighbor (nearby) like as yourself. 40On (In) these two commandments, the whole law and prophets hangs.

41And the Pharisees having been gathered together, Jesus inquired of them, 42Saying, What do you suppose concerning the Christ? Whose Son is He? They say to Him, David’s. 43He says to them, How then, does David in Spirit call Him Lord, saying,

44The Lord said to My Lord, Sit at (from out of) My right, until I place Your enemies (hostiles) underneath Your feet.

45If therefore, David calls Him Lord, how is He his son? 46And no one was able to answer Him a word nor did anyone dare from that there day to inquire of Him any longer.
