In Hebrew, the word "arise" (קוּם, qum) is often used in the context of God taking action on behalf of His people. This reflects a deep trust in God's power and willingness to intervene in human affairs. Historically, this plea is rooted in the understanding of God as a warrior who fights for His people, a theme prevalent throughout the Old Testament.
