NASB Parallel BSB [BSB CSB ESV HCS KJV ISV NAS NET NIV NLT HEB]
New American Standard Bible 1995Berean Study Bible
For the choir director; for flute accompaniment. A Psalm of David. Give ear to my words, O LORD, Consider my groaning.1For the choirmaster, to be accompanied by flutes. A Psalm of David. Give ear to my words, O LORD; consider my groaning.
Heed the sound of my cry for help, my King and my God, For to You I pray.2Attend to the sound of my cry, my King and my God, for to You I pray.
In the morning, O LORD, You will hear my voice; In the morning I will order my prayer to You and eagerly watch.3In the morning, O LORD, You hear my voice; at daybreak I lay my plea before You and wait in expectation.
For You are not a God who takes pleasure in wickedness; No evil dwells with You.4For You are not a God who delights in wickedness; no evil can dwell with You.
The boastful shall not stand before Your eyes; You hate all who do iniquity.5The boastful cannot stand in Your presence; You hate all workers of iniquity.
You destroy those who speak falsehood; The LORD abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit.6You destroy those who tell lies; the LORD abhors the man of bloodshed and deceit.
But as for me, by Your abundant lovingkindness I will enter Your house, At Your holy temple I will bow in reverence for You.7But I will enter Your house by the abundance of Your loving devotion; in reverence I will bow down toward Your holy temple.
O LORD, lead me in Your righteousness because of my foes; Make Your way straight before me.8Lead me, O LORD, in Your righteousness because of my enemies; make straight Your way before me.
There is nothing reliable in what they say; Their inward part is destruction itself. Their throat is an open grave; They flatter with their tongue.9For not a word they speak can be trusted; destruction lies within them. Their throats are open graves; their tongues practice deceit.
Hold them guilty, O God; By their own devices let them fall! In the multitude of their transgressions thrust them out, For they are rebellious against You.10Declare them guilty, O God; let them fall by their own devices. Drive them out for their many transgressions, for they have rebelled against You.
But let all who take refuge in You be glad, Let them ever sing for joy; And may You shelter them, That those who love Your name may exult in You.11But let all who take refuge in You rejoice; let them ever shout for joy. May You shelter them, that those who love Your name may rejoice in You.
For it is You who blesses the righteous man, O LORD, You surround him with favor as with a shield.12For surely You, O LORD, bless the righteous; You surround them with the shield of Your favor.
