Good News Translation
That the LORD is announcing to all the earth: "Tell the people of Jerusalem That the LORD is coming to save you, Bringing with him the people he has rescued."

The LORD has proclaimed to the end of the earth: Say to daughter Zion, “See, your salvation comes; his reward is with him, and his recompense before him.”

Here is what the LORD has said for all the earth to hear: "Soon I will come to save the city of Zion and to reward you.
