In Genesis 1:1, God is depicted as the Creator of the heavens and the earth, establishing His supreme authority over all creation. The psalmist declares, "The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all" (Psalm 103:19), affirming God's sovereign rule.

Throughout Scripture, God's power is demonstrated in His acts of creation, providence, and redemption. In Exodus, God exercises His authority and power to deliver the Israelites from Egyptian bondage, showcasing His supremacy over earthly rulers (Exodus 14:31).
