Now the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, | 1The LORD said to Moses, |
“Command the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘My offering, My food for My offerings made by fire as a sweet aroma to Me, you shall be careful to offer to Me at their appointed time.’ | 2"Give this command to the Israelites and say to them: 'Make sure that you present to me at the appointed time my food offerings, as an aroma pleasing to me.' |
“And you shall say to them, ‘This is the offering made by fire which you shall offer to the LORD: two male lambs in their first year without blemish, day by day, as a regular burnt offering. | 3Say to them: 'This is the food offering you are to present to the LORD: two lambs a year old without defect, as a regular burnt offering each day. |
The one lamb you shall offer in the morning, the other lamb you shall offer in the evening, | 4Offer one lamb in the morning and the other at twilight, |
and one-tenth of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering mixed with one-fourth of a hin of pressed oil. | 5together with a grain offering of a tenth of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with a quarter of a hin of oil from pressed olives. |
It is a regular burnt offering which was ordained at Mount Sinai for a sweet aroma, an offering made by fire to the LORD. | 6This is the regular burnt offering instituted at Mount Sinai as a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the LORD. |
And its drink offering shall be one-fourth of a hin for each lamb; in a holy place you shall pour out the drink to the LORD as an offering. | 7The accompanying drink offering is to be a quarter of a hin of fermented drink with each lamb. Pour out the drink offering to the LORD at the sanctuary. |
The other lamb you shall offer in the evening; as the morning grain offering and its drink offering, you shall offer it as an offering made by fire, a sweet aroma to the LORD. | 8Offer the second lamb at twilight, along with the same kind of grain offering and drink offering that you offer in the morning. This is a food offering, an aroma pleasing to the LORD. |
‘And on the Sabbath day two lambs in their first year, without blemish, and two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, with its drink offering— | 9"'On the Sabbath day, make an offering of two lambs a year old without defect, together with its drink offering and a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with olive oil. |
this is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering. | 10This is the burnt offering for every Sabbath, in addition to the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. |
‘At the beginnings of your months you shall present a burnt offering to the LORD: two young bulls, one ram, and seven lambs in their first year, without blemish; | 11"'On the first of every month, present to the LORD a burnt offering of two young bulls, one ram and seven male lambs a year old, all without defect. |
three-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, for each bull; two-tenths of an ephah of fine flour as a grain offering, mixed with oil, for the one ram; | 12With each bull there is to be a grain offering of three-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; with the ram, a grain offering of two-tenths of an ephah of the finest flour mixed with oil; |

This is for a burnt offering, a pleasing aroma, a food offering presented to the LORD. |
Their drink offering shall be half a hin of wine for a bull, one-third of a hin for a ram, and one-fourth of a hin for a lamb; this is the burnt offering for each month throughout the months of the year. | 14With each bull there is to be a drink offering of half a hin of wine; with the ram, a third of a hin; and with each lamb, a quarter of a hin. This is the monthly burnt offering to be made at each new moon during the year. |
Also one kid of the goats as a sin offering to the LORD shall be offered, besides the regular burnt offering and its drink offering. | 15Besides the regular burnt offering with its drink offering, one male goat is to be presented to the LORD as a sin offering. |
‘On the fourteenth day of the first month is the Passover of the LORD. | 16"'On the fourteenth day of the first month the LORD's Passover is to be held. |
And on the fifteenth day of this month is the feast; unleavened bread shall be eaten for seven days. | 17On the fifteenth day of this month there is to be a festival; for seven days eat bread made without yeast. |
On the first day you shall have a holy convocation. You shall do no customary work. | 18On the first day hold a sacred assembly and do no regular work. |
