Isaac's wealth was not merely material but also spiritual, as he played a crucial role in the continuation of God's covenant with Abraham. His life and prosperity were integral to the unfolding of God's redemptive plan, as he fathered Jacob, who would become Israel and the patriarch of the twelve tribes.
