A Psalm of David. LORD, who may abide in Your tabernacle? Who may dwell in Your holy hill? | 1A Psalm of David. O LORD, who may abide in Your tent? Who may dwell on Your holy mountain? |
He who walks uprightly, And works righteousness, And speaks the truth in his heart; | 2He who walks with integrity and practices righteousness, who speaks the truth from his heart, |
He who does not backbite with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor does he take up a reproach against his friend; | 3who has no slander on his tongue, who does no harm to his neighbor, who casts no scorn on his friend, |
In whose eyes a vile person is despised, But he honors those who fear the LORD; He who swears to his own hurt and does not change; | 4who despises the vile but honors those who fear the LORD, who does not revise a costly oath, |
He who does not put out his money at usury, Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved. | 5who lends his money without interest and refuses a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken. |
