Then you will say on that day, "I will give thanks to You, O LORD; For although You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, And You comfort me. | 1At that time you will say: "I praise you, O LORD, for even though you were angry with me, your anger subsided, and you consoled me. |
"Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For the LORD GOD is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation." | 2Look, God is my deliverer! I will trust in him and not fear. For the LORD gives me strength and protects me; he has become my deliverer." |
Therefore you will joyously draw water From the springs of salvation. | 3Joyfully you will draw water from the springs of deliverance. |
And in that day you will say, "Give thanks to the LORD, call on His name. Make known His deeds among the peoples; Make them remember that His name is exalted." | 4At that time you will say: "Praise the LORD! Ask him for help! Publicize his mighty acts among the nations! Make it known that he is unique! |
Praise the LORD in song, for He has done excellent things; Let this be known throughout the earth. | 5Sing to the LORD, for he has done magnificent things, let this be known throughout the earth! |
Cry aloud and shout for joy, O inhabitant of Zion, For great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel. | 6Cry out and shout for joy, O citizens of Zion, for the Holy One of Israel acts mightily among you!" |
