| 3He will never let your foot slip, nor will your guardian become drowsy. | 3He will not let you stumble; the one who watches over you will not slumber. |
| 4Look! The one who is guarding Israel never sleeps and does not take naps. | 4Indeed, he who watches over Israel never slumbers or sleeps. |
