Make fifty bronze hooks and put them in the loops to join the two sets so as to form one cover.

You shall make fifty clasps of bronze, and put the clasps into the loops, and join the tent together, so that it may be one whole.

and fasten the two panels at the loops with 50 bronze hooks.
