The concept of "solved" in a biblical context often relates to the resolution of problems, fulfillment of promises, or the divine intervention in human affairs. While the term "solved" itself is not explicitly used in the Bible, the theme of God providing solutions and answers is prevalent throughout the Scriptures.

Divine Wisdom and Guidance

The Bible frequently emphasizes the importance of seeking God's wisdom and guidance to solve life's challenges. In the Book of James, believers are encouraged to ask God for wisdom: "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all generously and without reproach, and it will be given to him" (James 1:5). This verse underscores the belief that God is the ultimate source of wisdom and that He provides solutions to those who seek Him earnestly.

Miraculous Solutions

Throughout the Bible, there are numerous accounts of God miraculously solving seemingly insurmountable problems. One notable example is the parting of the Red Sea, where God provided a way of escape for the Israelites from the pursuing Egyptian army: "Then Moses stretched out his hand over the sea, and all that night the LORD drove the sea back with a strong east wind and turned it into dry land. So the waters were divided" (Exodus 14:21). This event illustrates God's power to intervene in human history and provide solutions beyond human capability.

Fulfillment of Promises

The Bible also speaks of God's faithfulness in fulfilling His promises, which can be seen as the ultimate resolution of His covenant with His people. In the New Testament, the coming of Jesus Christ is portrayed as the fulfillment of Old Testament prophecies and the solution to the problem of sin. As stated in Matthew 1:22-23, "All this took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through the prophet: 'The virgin will conceive and give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel' (which means 'God with us')" . Jesus' life, death, and resurrection are seen as the divine solution to humanity's separation from God.

Prayer and Faith

Prayer is a key element in seeking solutions from God. The Bible encourages believers to present their requests to God with faith and thanksgiving. Philippians 4:6-7 advises, "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" . This passage highlights the role of prayer in finding peace and resolution through God's intervention.

Human Responsibility and Divine Partnership

While God provides solutions, the Bible also emphasizes human responsibility in working alongside divine guidance. Proverbs 3:5-6 instructs, "Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight" . This suggests a partnership where human effort and divine direction work together to solve life's challenges.

Eternal Resolution

Ultimately, the Bible presents the concept of eternal resolution through the promise of eternal life for believers. Revelation 21:4 offers a vision of the final solution to the problem of suffering and death: "He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain, for the former things have passed away" . This promise of a new heaven and a new earth represents the ultimate resolution of all earthly problems through God's redemptive plan.
