| 1At that time, you will say: "I will praise you, LORD, for although you were angry with me, your anger has turned away, and you have comforted me. | 1At that time you will say: "I praise you, O LORD, for even though you were angry with me, your anger subsided, and you consoled me. |
| 2"Look! God—yes God—is my salvation; I will trust, and not be afraid. For the LORD is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation." | 2Look, God is my deliverer! I will trust in him and not fear. For the LORD gives me strength and protects me; he has become my deliverer." |
| 3You will draw water joyfully from the wells of salvation. And you will say at that time: | 3Joyfully you will draw water from the springs of deliverance. |
| 4"Give thanks to the LORD; call on his name. Make known his actions among the nations. Proclaim that his name is exalted. | 4At that time you will say: "Praise the LORD! Ask him for help! Publicize his mighty acts among the nations! Make it known that he is unique! |
| 5"Sing praises to the LORD, because he has acted gloriously, being made known in all the world. | 5Sing to the LORD, for he has done magnificent things, let this be known throughout the earth! |
| 6Shout aloud, and sing for joy, you who live in Zion, because great in your midst is the Holy One of Israel." | 6Cry out and shout for joy, O citizens of Zion, for the Holy One of Israel acts mightily among you!" |
