| 3You withdrew all your fury; you turned from your burning anger. | 3You set aside all your wrath and turned from your fierce anger. |
| 4Return to us, God of our salvation, and abandon your displeasure with us. | 4Restore us again, God our Savior, and put away your displeasure toward us. |
