10For there are many rebellious people, full of empty talk and deception, especially those from the circumcision party. | 10For there are many who are insubordinate, empty talkers and deceivers, especially those of the circumcision party. |
11It is necessary to silence them; they are ruining entire households by teaching what they shouldn't in order to get money dishonestly. | 11They must be silenced, since they are upsetting whole families by teaching for shameful gain what they ought not to teach. |
