A Psalm of David. O LORD, who may abide in Your tent? Who may dwell on Your holy hill? | 1LORD, who can dwell in your tent? Who can live on your holy mountain? |
He who walks with integrity, and works righteousness, And speaks truth in his heart. | 2The one who lives blamelessly, practices righteousness, and acknowledges the truth in his heart-- |
He does not slander with his tongue, Nor does evil to his neighbor, Nor takes up a reproach against his friend; | 3who does not slander with his tongue, who does not harm his friend or discredit his neighbor, |
In whose eyes a reprobate is despised, But who honors those who fear the LORD; He swears to his own hurt and does not change; | 4who despises the one rejected by the LORD but honors those who fear the LORD, who keeps his word whatever the cost, |
He does not put out his money at interest, Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things will never be shaken. | 5who does not lend his silver at interest or take a bribe against the innocent--the one who does these things will never be shaken. |
