| 4to create plans for work in gold, silver, and bronze, | 4to make artistic designs for work with gold, with silver, and with bronze, |
| 5and for cutting stones to set them, for carving wood, and for doing all kinds of craftsmanship. | 5and with cutting and setting stone, and with cutting wood, to work in all kinds of craftsmanship. |

| 13"You are to tell the Israelis: 'You are to certainly observe my Sabbaths because it's a sign between me and you from generation to generation, so you may know that I am the LORD who sanctifies you. | 13"Tell the Israelites, 'Surely you must keep my Sabbaths, for it is a sign between me and you throughout your generations, that you may know that I am the LORD who sanctifies you. |
| 14You are to observe the Sabbath, because it's holy for you. Whoever profanes it is certainly to die; indeed, whoever does work on it is to be cut off from among his people. | 14So you must keep the Sabbath, for it is holy for you. Everyone who defiles it must surely be put to death; indeed, if anyone does any work on it, then that person will be cut off from among his people. |
| 15Work may be done for six days, but the seventh day is a Sabbath of complete rest, holy to the LORD.
