| 2May Israel rejoice in its Maker, and Zion's descendants in their King! | 2Let Israel celebrate its Maker; let the children of Zion rejoice in their King. |
| 3May they praise his name with dancing, chanting songs to him with tambourines and lyres. | 3Let them praise His name with dancing and make music to Him with tambourine and lyre. |
