You have become people who need milk instead of solid food. |
| 13for everyone who lives on milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, since he is a child. | 13For everyone who lives on milk is still a baby and does not yet know the difference between right and wrong. |
| 14But solid food is for the mature, for those who have their powers of discernment trained by constant practice to distinguish good from evil. | 14But solid food is for mature people, whose minds are trained by practice to distinguish good from evil. |
