In 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 , Paul recounts the Lord's assurance: "My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness." Therefore, Paul declares, "For when I am weak, then I am strong," acknowledging that the Holy Spirit's power is made perfect in human frailty.
