1Brothers and sisters, if someone is caught up in sin, you who live by the Spirit should seek to restore that person with meekness; but protecting yourself against the same temptation. 2Share each other's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. 3For if anyone thinks he is something, when they are not, they delude themselves. 4But let everyone examine their own actions, and then they can take pride in themselves, without comparing themselves with others. 5For everyone should carry his own load and be responsible for his own conduct. 6Those that are taught in the word should provide for their teachers. 7Do not be deceived: God is cannot be mocked - whatever a man sows, that he shall also reap. 8For whoever sows to satisfy their sinful nature shall reap corruption; but he who sows to please the Spirit shall reap eternal life from the Spirit. 9And let us not grow weary of doing good; for in due season, we shall reap a harvest, if we do not give up. 10Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who are of the family of believers. 11You may notice how large the letters (characters) are that I have written with my own handwriting. 12It is those who want to impress others that want you to feel obligated to be circumcised. The only reason they do this is to avoid being criticized or persecuted for the cross of Christ. 13For even those who are circumcised do not keep the whole law; and yet they desire to have you circumcised, that they may boast about your circumcision as their disciples. 14May I never boast, except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. Because of that cross, my interest in this world has been crucified; and the world’s interest in me has also died. 15For in Christ Jesus, neither circumcision nor uncircumcision means anything; but what counts is being transformed into a new creation. 16And may God’s peace and mercy be upon all that live according to this rule; they are the ‘new Israel’ – the people of God. 17From now on, let no man trouble you with these things; for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus. 18Brothers and sisters, may the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit.
