3to the music of the ten-stringed lyre and the melody of the harp. | 3to the music of the lute and the harp, to the melody of the lyre. | 3With the ten-stringed lute and with the harp, With resounding music upon the lyre. | 3Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound. | 3with a ten-stringed harp and the music of a lyre. |

6Senseless people do not know, fools do not understand, | 6The stupid man cannot know; the fool cannot understand this: | 6A senseless man has no knowledge, Nor does a stupid man understand this: | 6A brutish man knoweth not; neither doth a fool understand this. | 6A stupid person does not know, a fool does not understand this: |
7that though the wicked spring up like grass and all evildoers flourish, they will be destroyed forever. | 7that though the wicked sprout like grass and all evildoers flourish, they are doomed to destruction forever; | 7That when the wicked sprouted up like grass And all who did iniquity flourished, It was only that they might be destroyed forevermore. | 7When the wicked spring as the grass, and when all the workers of iniquity do flourish; it is that they shall be destroyed for ever: | 7though the wicked sprout like grass and all evildoers flourish, they will be eternally destroyed. |
8But you, LORD, are forever exalted. | 8but you, O LORD, are on high forever. | 8But You, O LORD, are on high forever. | 8But thou, LORD, art most high for evermore. | 8But You, LORD, are exalted forever. |

10You have exalted my horn like that of a wild ox; fine oils have been poured on me. | 10But you have exalted my horn like that of the wild ox; you have poured over me fresh oil. | 10But You have exalted my horn like that of the wild ox; I have been anointed with fresh oil. | 10But my horn shalt thou exalt like the horn of an unicorn: I shall be anointed with fresh oil. | 10You have lifted up my horn like that of a wild ox; I have been anointed with oil. |
11My eyes have seen the defeat of my adversaries; my ears have heard the rout of my wicked foes. | 11My eyes have seen the downfall of my enemies; my ears have heard the doom of my evil assailants. | 11And my eye has looked exultantly upon my foes, My ears hear of the evildoers who rise up against me. | 11Mine eye also shall see my desire on mine enemies, and mine ears shall hear my desire of the wicked that rise up against me. | 11My eyes look down on my enemies; my ears hear evildoers when they attack me. |
12The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; | 12The righteous flourish like the palm tree and grow like a cedar in Lebanon. | 12The righteous man will flourish like the palm tree, He will grow like a cedar in Lebanon. | 12The righteous shall flourish like the palm tree: he shall grow like a cedar in Lebanon. | 12The righteous thrive like a palm tree and grow like a cedar tree in Lebanon. |
