Nehemiah 4:15
HEB: נ֣וֹדַֽע לָ֔נוּ וַיָּ֥פֶר הָאֱלֹהִ֖ים אֶת־
NAS: to us, and that God had frustrated their plan,
KJV: their counsel to nought, that we returned
INT: that it was known had frustrated God their plan
