Proverbs 14:21
HEB: לְרֵעֵ֥הוּ חוֹטֵ֑א וּמְחוֹנֵ֖ן [עֲנָיִים כ]
NAS: But happy is he who is gracious to the poor.
KJV: sinneth: but he that hath mercy on the poor,
INT: his neighbor sins is gracious afflicted happy
