When we carry good news, we bring light into dark places, stepping boldly with peace in every step.

6. Take Up the Shield of Faith

“In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith,” says Ephesians 6:16. Faith is not a passive thought—it’s action that deflects flaming arrows of doubt, fear, and temptation. When circumstances try to wear us down, lifting the shield of faith reminds us that our trust in the One who never fails can rinse away every worry.

7. Protect Your Mind with the Helmet of Salvation

“Therefore take up the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you will be able to stand your ground…” (Ephesians 6:13).
