Psalm 58:10 The righteous shall rejoice when he sees the vengeance: he shall wash his feet in the blood of the wicked. It was a saying of Solon, the Athenian law-giver, that a republic walks upon two feet; one being just punishment for the unworthy, the ether due reward for the worthy.
