Things lawful themselves become SINFUL BY CIRCUMSTANCES. VI. It is an encouragement to the tempted to see now GOD HAS APPEARED FOR OTHERS. To Jesus, to Elijah, etc. (Deuteronomy 8:3, 4). VII.
