Well, I say that in the same spirit in which Lady Huntingdon said it to a man who exclaimed, "I am a lost man." She said, "I am glad of it." He said, "That's a most unkind remark." "Ah!" she said, "I am glad of it. Because you must first feel you are lost before you win salvation." And so if there are those here who not only know that they have a sinful nature, but that they are helpless, I congratulate you.
