1. The Word of God.

2. The resurrection of Christ.

3. The quickening Spirit within us.

III. ITS USE. It teaches us to take care of the soul first — then the body, not to enfeeble it by folly, pollute it with sin, neglect it in suffering, or mourn it when dead.
