CONFESSION IS THE NECESSARY EXPRESSION OF FAITH IN CHRIST. 1. Lively emotions usually find expression. 2. Especially those which deeply affect the whole life. 3. If, then, faith really saves, confession cannot be found wanting. II. COURAGEOUS CONFESSION IS THE TOUCHSTONE OF FAITH. 1. While faith is hidden its operation is hidden. 2.
