Maher-Shalal-Hash-Baz
Isaiah 8:1-4
Moreover the LORD said to me, Take you a great roll, and write in it with a man's pen concerning Mahershalalhashbaz.…

Four words, or rather two sentences, form now the burden of this message; and they are embodied in the name of a boy. Maher-shalal, — this first sentence means that quickly shall trophies be taken — the prophet thus seeing the army of Samaria in full and disgraceful flight. While Hash-baz, the second, tells us about booty being taken, as the Assyrian forces shall enter Damascus in , and help themselves to its wealth.
