When I see "et cetera," I thank God, and I am delighted that there is one institution in our land that welcomes the "et cetera." It means, "and the rest," the anybody and everybody of mankind. Likewise this healing power of the Cross of Jesus is for the "et cetera." The saving power of the Cross is for all sick people who want to be healed. (W. Birch.)
