1And on the eighth day Moses summoned Aaron, his sons, and the elders of Israel; 2And Moses said to Aaron, “Take a young bull calf for a sin offering, and a ram for a burnt offering, both without blemish, and offer them before the LORD. 3And you shall tell the children of Israel, ‘Take a male goat for a sin offering; and a calf and a lamb, both a year old, without blemish, for a burnt offering; 4And a bullock (ox) and a ram for peace offerings, to sacrifice before the LORD; with a meal (grain) offering mixed with oil: for today the LORD will appear to you.’” 5And they brought the things that Moses commanded to the front of the tabernacle of meeting: and all the congregation came near and stood before the LORD. 6And Moses said, “This is the thing which the LORD has commanded that you should do: so that the glory of the LORD may appear to you.” 7And Moses said to Aaron, “Go to the altar, and offer your sin offering, and your burnt offering, and make an atonement for yourself, and for the people: and sacrifice the offering for the people, and make an atonement for yourself and them; as the LORD commanded.” 8And so Aaron went to the altar, and slew the calf of the sin offering, which was for himself. 9And the sons of Aaron brought the blood to him: and he dipped his finger in the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar, and poured out the remaining blood at the base of the altar. 10But the fat, the kidneys, and the fat above the liver of the sin offering, he burned upon the altar; as the LORD had commanded Moses. 11And the meat and the hide he burned outside the camp. 12And he slew the burnt offering; and Aaron's sons presented the blood to him, which he sprinkled around the sides of the altar. 13And they presented the burnt offering to him, with each piece, including the head: and he burned them upon the altar. 14And he washed the internal organs and the legs, and burnt them on top of the burnt offering on the altar. 15And Aaron brought the people's offering; and took the goat, which was the sin offering for the people, and slew it, and offered it for sin, as he did with the first one. 16And he brought the burnt offering, and offered it according to the ordinance. 17And he brought the meal (grain) offering, and took a handful of it, and burned it on the altar, beside the burnt sacrifice of the morning. 18He also slew the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron's sons presented the blood to him, which he sprinkled upon the sides of the altar, 19But the fat portions of the bullock and of the ram, the rump, and that which covers the internal organs, and the kidneys, and the fat above the liver - 20These they laid upon the breasts, and Aaron burned the fat upon the altar: 21And Aaron waved the breasts and the right shoulder for a wave offering before the LORD; as Moses commanded. 22And Aaron lifted his hand toward the people, and blessed them, and then, after offering the sin offering, the burnt offering, and peace offerings, he stepped down from the altar. 23And Moses and Aaron went into the tabernacle of meeting, and when they came out, they blessed the people: and the glory of the LORD appeared to all the people. 24And fire came out from the presence of the LORD, and consumed the burnt offering and the fat upon the altar; at which, when all the people saw it, they shouted with joy, and fell on their faces.
