1Then Bezalel, Oholiab, and every skilled person, in whom the LORD put wisdom to know how to perform all types of work for the service of the sanctuary, came to accomplish all that the LORD had commanded. 2And Moses called Bezalel and Oholiab, and every skilled person, in whom the LORD had put ability and was willing to come and do the work: 3And they received from Moses all the offering that the Israelites had brought to carry out the work of constructing the sanctuary. And the people continued to bring freewill offerings every morning. 4And finally the skilled workers came from their work, 5And said to Moses, “The people are bringing far more than enough for doing the work which the LORD commanded to be done.” 6And Moses gave an order, and it was proclaimed throughout the camp, “Let no one prepare or bring any more offerings for the sanctuary.” And so, the people were restrained from bringing more. 7For what they had was more than sufficient for all the work. 8And all those skilled for that work on the tabernacle made ten curtains of fine twined linen, blue, purple, scarlet; with cherubim of skillful work. 9The length of one curtain was twenty-eight cubits, and the width of one curtain was four cubits: each curtain was of one size. 10And they coupled five curtains together; and the other five curtains together. 11And they made loops of blue material on the selvedge of each curtain in the set of five curtains. 12They made fifty loops in both sets of five curtains; the loops held one curtain to another. 13And they made fifty clasps of gold, and coupled the curtains one to another with the clasps: so that it became one tabernacle. 14And they made eleven curtains of goats' hair for the tent over the tabernacle. 15The length of one curtain was thirty cubits, and four cubits was the width of one curtain: the eleven curtains were all of one size. 16And he coupled five curtains together; and coupled the other six curtains together. 17And they made fifty loops upon the outer edge of the curtain in the coupling, and fifty loops on the edge of the curtain which couples the second. 18And they made fifty clasps of bronze to couple the tent together, that it might be one. 19And they made a covering for the tent of rams' skins dyed red, and a covering of badgers' skins above that. 20And they made vertical boards for the tabernacle of acacia wood. 21The length of a board was ten cubits, and the width of a board one cubit and a half. 22One board had two tenons, equally distant one from another; they made all the frames of the tabernacle in this way. 23And they made twenty boards for the south side of the tabernacle; 24And made forty sockets of silver for under the twenty boards; two sockets under each board for its two tenons, and two sockets under the next board for its two tenons. 25And for the north side of the tabernacle, they made another twenty boards, 26And their forty sockets of silver; two sockets under each board. 27And for the west side of the tabernacle they made six boards. 28And they made two boards for the corners of the tabernacle in the two sides. 29And they were coupled beneath, and coupled together at its head, to one ring: they did the same to both of them for the corners. 30And so there were eight boards; with their sixteen sockets of silver; under each board were two sockets. 31And they made bars of acacia wood; five for the boards of the one side of the tabernacle, 32And five bars for the boards on the other side of the tabernacle, and five bars for the boards of the tabernacle west sides. 33And they made the center bar pass through the boards from the one end to the other. 34And they overlaid the boards with gold, and made gold rings as places for the bars, and overlaid the bars with gold. 35And they made a veil of blue, purple, scarlet, and finely woven linen; with cherubim woven into by skillful workers. 36And they made four posts of acacia wood, and overlaid them with gold: their hooks were of gold; and they cast for them four sockets of silver. 37And they made a hanging of blue, purple, scarlet, and finely woven linen needlework for the tabernacle entrance. 38And its five pillars with hooks for them: and they overlaid the tops of the pillars with gold bands; but their five sockets were of bronze.
